Cancellation:

Cancellations are subject to supplier cancellation fees in addition to agency service charges of 15% of your total invoice with a minimum of $100 per person. If applicable agency service fess are non-refundable. Other restrictions and cancellation penalties may apply.

Ambrosia Travel, LLC is not responsible for last minute changes of price or itinerary by the supplier, or any errors or omissions on invoices. Fuel Surcharge - Fuel surcharges vary by supplier and are subject to change prior to travel. Travel Documentation- Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout your travel. It is the responsibility of the passenger to bring all required travel documents. Passenger should visit www.state.gov to determine the travel documents necessary for each destination. Any passenger without proper documents will not be allowed to board and no refund or credit will be issued. Ambrosia Travel assumes no responsibility for advising guests of travel documentation requirements.
